Communication pieces for the collective exhibition Arte de mujeres (Women’s Art); based on the peculiar hair beauty ritual of the doobie wrap or tubi, which is recognized by every Dominican through the usage of bobby pins and hairnets. These objects are directly associated with women despite lacking a delicate look, which made them the perfect intruders to disrupt all clichés expected to plague the media on March 8th.
